May sound dumb but you did get a tune for the sensors? Or did you get the correct o-rings for them?

1 you HAVE to tune for 3 bar and 2, plug in your BPV directly into the manifold = never flutter.

The code is from not tuning for the 3 bar sensors, it's a barometric pressure code, u need to tune for the 3 bar sensors, and the sound is from u most likely hooking up ur bpv wrong or forgetting to plug it in to vac , it's simply not opening

tuned or not the bpv should still work if its connected straight to manifold, there is nothing controlling it then, so if ur car pulls vac, it should open. id agree with that if u hadn't tried going straight to manifold, then the ecu controls the bpv solenoid and lack of tune could effect the opening of it, but not when its straight to manifold, that should have worked.

We need more details on what he did with the vacuum lines for sure. if he didnt touch them since there really isnt a reason to change them. It should be the simple reason hes running 3 bar maps without tuning for them

agreed, but he did say he connected bpv straight to the manifold to check if it fixes it, hince why I asked for a pic with the line circled he connected to the manifold, since I know the line is to short to reach the manifold nipple.

None of those are vacuum lines, thats the evap line and brake booster line.

Take a pic of your engine bay and the line going from the intake manifold back to the turbo
