on my way to a car show today in my balt i was following a white accord... it was all over the road... was wondering why.... we come to a construction zone and we all have to stop... we're all doing about 10km/h waiting for the line to stop... i stop and the car in front of me keeps going ... i had about 5 seconds to watch... the driver bent down to the passenger side and didn't stop.. i was about to honk my horn and wake the driver up but watched in horror as it rearended the car in front of it... a young blonde ******* gets out.... then the lady who owned the vibe gets out and we could read her lips "what the ****?!?!?!"
shoulda known it was some dumb bitch behind the wheel doing makeup/texting her friends while driving which would explain her irratic driving... people lke this **** me right off.. if that had have been my car that got rear ended i would have ripped that little bitch a new one!!! sorry for your loss... hopefully you get it replaced full value by your insurance company...

what insurance company do you have that depends if it is totaled or not
i just went through this like a month ago when this dumb ass lady made me flip my rx8 over

at first nationwide didn't wanna total it out but then i lied and told them i had a lower model then what i had so they totaled it out

but compared to my damage they may not total it at all if they don't you can always sue for diminished value and you can recoup your money back

and even if you really are not in pain go to the ER anyway and get a lawyer and go to physical therapy it will all work out in your favor in the end

no cause she came out about half way to the lane than stop,thats why i went to the other lane to avoid hitting her,im guessing that she might have gotten nervous and instead of braking she hit the gas and ends up hitting me.
