No codes so far
Stock tune right now yes
This thing sounds amazing when it gets warm and you do a good pull on 1 to 2 shift
Sounds real good when you NLS it from 3 - 4 also
Very happy with this Downpipe
Waiting on my 2nd PCM to show up before tuning

I know that a cat-less downpipe is not "street legel" for emissions.
Of course, the gains can be slighty improved by installing a catless DP.
My question is: anything bad like "back pressure"??
A friend of mine told me that on his STI, it was better to have a cat to prevent "back pressure".
anyone knows about this or it doesnt matter having a cat-less?

That is when its loud. And thats when its 6:30 in the morning and i need to warm my car up b4 i leave and i feel embarassed that my neighbors have to hear it every morning. I couldnt give a **** how loud it was anywhere other then my street. I used to put my muffler silencer in on startup, and go in the house, make coffee, come out take the silencer out and then leave. Finally i just put the stock DP on cause i was tired of doing that
Wow thats suprising loud for just revving it. Your catback is stock right? I think this just confirms for me that I want to go catted. Not to say it sounds bad, cause I think it sounds fine, I just dont want my daily driver to be too loud.....thats what the straight side pipes are for on the Vette lol. Plus Im not too keen on overly loud 4 bangers lol... The catless definitely sounds nice though
I definitely plan on going with ZZP though, their quality looks amazing. ...any chance of a GB?

It's your cot (cat over temp) or cat warm-up that makes the car loud in the morning.

You don't ever have to use it, but it's a great aid in boost recovery with the bigger turbos. If you look at the dyno graph at the end of the video you will see that the boost never drops (green line), it goes up, which is what we are commanding it to do but if you don't use the NLS it will fall then go to the commanded boost.
