1 step colder ngk spark plugs vs 2 step colder

Whats the advantages of 2 step colder over 1 step colder, when is the 2 step colder required?

I never liked 2 step colder becuase they are iridium not copper. I had better luck with 1 step colder copper and my tvs at 25 psi.

x 2. GM put a lot of thought into their spark plugs for LSJ. OEM for most folks, 1 step colder like Lsjwannabe says for the super staged folks. He knows his stuff....

should i buy the spark plugs before i have my stage kit installed, would that be abd for the car ex1 step colder)

not really just no misfires. plus now i dont have to worry about misfires anymore with em and a cheap mod for only 29bucks
