always love these threads, everyone one of us here is guilty of doing something.

a 35 mph crash can kill you easily, 150mph just makes it painless

The pic is 154mph, and the average speedo is fast btw... So unless you show GPS, you're just in the 150's.

And stupid

hes on a dyno.... you cant go 150 on a paved road anywhere and be that smoothe. remember, the guy is driving, shifting, and holding a camera.
HAS ANYONE EVER TRIED TO HOLD THE STEERING WHEEL WHILE ACCELERATING AT 150MPH???

not easy!!! so, how is his camera so smoothe with no bumps. that road would have had to been smoothe as glass!!

yeah cause 150mph is sort of slow....

the only time 150 is "just 150" is when i'm running 180 on my bike.

yes, i made a video of me running 145 right after i got my cobalt doing the same thing he did. actually if he's from nicholasville, it's near lexington where north there is about a 7-8 mile straight stretch of interstate with no exit ramps, so it's semi-safe. it's the place i did my run

yeah. lol. he's on a dyno

who, on here, would do mods to their car and say "its a secret"

if your car could accelerate that FAST on the road then he would be ravin to everyone else what he did. and he wouldn't be the only one who could do it. lol

don't even argue that point, they'll say "why didn't you video the road then" teveryone said the same exact thing when i posted my video. can't remember why mine was done, think it was because someone said it was "drag limited to 142" hell it got there slow, but it could've hit 150 i think, just ran out of road

hey i found it! this was like from 4 years ago before anyone made anything for the car, even before a header lol. I Frankensteined up a cooling mist water injection system but it wasn't working, nor was it really necessary on a stock pulley

http://videos.streetfire.net/video/c...-had_10771.htm

damn can't believe that was still around

already went through that 4 years ago, if they think running that fast in a car is dumb, i'll upload my us-129 video on the motorcycle from august and show them what it looks like running 80 on a curvy road passing people in blind corners on the wrong side of a cdouble yellow

I didn't think the Eaton was capable of pulling that hard.
