15psi
15psi
hey guys i did a pulley swap this weekend to a 3ini have a custom intake with a high flow filter, and i have a custom 3 in cut out with a performance muffler.
went out on a country road the other day and got it up to 15 pounds, next time i will take me camera for all to see

I run the stock gauge with the 3" pulley and it always show 14,5 PSI near redline ! The by-pass mod must be done, because the PCM limit the boost to roughly 12PSI. That's why the stock gauge always show a max of 12 PSI near redline without any mod but smaller pully.
I got my car dynoed for a 15 WHP gain and and about 13 to 15 ft-lbs torque gain; for sure I feel the difference ! My wheels are now spinning in 2th gear on rainy surfaces too ...

I havnt switched gauges yet....its still stock, but i POSITIVE it was at 15psi when i get time this weekend i will post picks, since its kinda hard to hold a camera, shift, and stay on the road...so my buddy will ride along
i can definaltly feel the power gain, blower wines even louder!! I got the pulley from pully technologies, easy to remove the old and install with their fool proof puller.........so until the weekend!

florida pulley headquarters says your supposed to reprogram with a 3in and smaller......no problems here. Spend the extra money and get the puller from where you get the pulley, trust me it is worth it. Whatever you do dont use a 3 jaw it fudges up your old pulley massively. Removing the supercharger wasnt hard at all.
From memory:
take of belt by prying down on tensioner. Losen or take of air intake hose, unplug/pull all tubes going to the s/c, remove coolant hose--prop upright so you dont spill any. then unhook 3 electrical plugs one on right side of s/c, another behind the s/c (by fuel rail), and the hardest one is underneath the s/c.
TIP: when putting the supercharger back in put all the allen bolts in the holes on the s/c, put the left bolts in first, lift up on the right of the supercharger, put the belt on with ease then draw the supercharger down with the allen bolts on the right side (you have to hold it down to then start them)
I highly recomend taking the s/c out of the car instead if tryin to swap a pulley with out disconnecting anything.

Thanks!!!!! Once I get my motor back I think I will put one in.
I am gonna confirm seeing 15 PSI with a 3 inch pulley via the ECU. I don't have the stock boost gauge hooked up anymore cause I have the Interceptor OBDII gauge, but I was seeing 14.2 psi via the gauge. You would probably see 15 if you took it to the redline.
At this point I think the 3.25 inch pulley really isn't going to add any performance.
