You can get away with it without blowing anything up, but you are severely overspinning the blower which will shorten its life span.

on 60's it's possible. As said overspin...not sure you'll get more power from going that low but it's possible as long as you're injectors aren't static.

Its pointless, even with that cooling, the blower is way out of the eff. range, creating more heat than power.
