2.8 pulley and stage 2 user feedback please...

i just want to know some feedback from member who's got this setup...do you think its worth the money...any problem at all..

i got gm stg 2 and a 2.8" pulley. this car is a total different beast. great combination for autox and raod racing.

I went to the track with someone who did worse in the 1/4 with his 2.8 on then with the 3". He was debating going back to the 3" because he thought heat soak was hurting him.

i want to go with the same setup but i keep hearing you have to have your plugs gapped at 0.35 for best performance can anyone tell me if this is true?????
