2.9????

I want another opinion about a 2.9 pulley. I have a 2006 cobalt ss/sc gm stage 2, cai. I am going to get the zzp combo shorty header and dp with cat. I live in San Diego, so do you think it would be safe to do so???

Thank you

Get a custom tune when you do so, your inj will be over 100% IDC without a tune.

To run a 2.9" pulley you would want some cooling mods and would NEED injectors.

ya if you lean it out on a custom tune it will be fine, some higher altitude people can do 2.8 on them but that's a whole nother story

depends who you go to, hpt credits are 50 a piece and you need 2 to unlock your car. then whatever the tuner wants. so find someone who knows what they're doing with hpt, or someone who has access to hpt around you and you can get a tune remotely.
