2005 Cobalt SS 2.0L Stalls Cold

I have a 2005 Cobalt SS 2.0L Its been in the shop for weeks however they cant figure out what is wrong? I bought the car a s a New Left Over in August when it first got cold in October Nov it started Stalling and running real Hard. Been back to the dealer like 10 times and left it here for weeks at a time they cant seem to get the car to do it for them. Does any one have simalar problems of have a clue?

x 2... Back to the dealer 10 times for the same thing. Isn't NY state lemon law if you go back for the same thing three times?

I agree 100% it's a LEMON. Technically if you bring your car in three times for the same problem the lemon law takes effect and they are supposed to give you a new car.
You should look into that.

"Edit"

**** RedlineBrian got to it first.

Good Luck

Have you gotten the updated flash for idle surge? I am sure that the dealer would have done this first, but you never know.

I think this will only work if they can VERIFY the problem 3 times. You can bring it in 50 times I don't think it matters unless they can duplicate the problem. I could be wrong though.

get it on video. I have been having weird exhaust noises but they dont duplicate at the dealer so I videoed it just incase something does happen. That way their is proof that u tried to get it fixed and it really was happening.
