tell me what you think.
I've tuned a lot of cars but am just starting to learn about Cobalts.
This was to be a baseline to see what direction to take the car.

well, yer IAT2 are through the roof, Need cooling mods bad. and the injectors hate your life above 6500 rpms. I'm seeing a few cells of 7400 rpms. unless you hit the rev limiter hard, that shouldnt happen on a gm tune. It's pig rich, typical gm s2.
Proof of how jacked up the GM stage tune is.
*edit* Make sure the heat exchanger pump is circulating the coolant. 150+ is rediculous for a stage 2 pulley.

that looks like basically an untouched stage 2 tune.
Yes, GM really does command more than 20msec of their 42# injectors. The injectors are not too small, the tune is just too rich. the injectors would run much lower PW if the actual AFR was in the mid 11s instead of 10. I had similar numbers when i was on stg 2.
If his pump was replaced a week ago, he may have air in the coolant lines. I just dont think its natural to have that high of iat2 after a 3rd gear pull. If ambient temps were 81 like the chart displays, thats a 70* jump over ambient. 20* to 40* over ambient is the normal range.
