aem meth kit problem

Ok so I started the install today and ran into a few problems and was hopeing to find some answers. First is where do I Tee in the boost reference hose? Can I hook it up by the by-pass valve or somewhere else? My second problem is I got all the wiring done and went to go test everything and it gave me a pump open fault (2 flashes), that was because I didn't have the constant power to the pump connected yet. I fixed that but it still gives me the same fault but I can push the test button and it runs the pump and I get flow for 6 seconds like the manual says but I still show the fault. Could this be because I don't have the boost reference hooked up yet or some other reason?

boost reference hose should be T-ed in at the vac hose that comes off the top of the intake manifold under the fuel rail and connects into the back of the bypass solenoid, it doesnt matter where, just someplace in that line.

Boost reference shouldnt have anything to do with the test mode, it is normal that the test will run for a few seconds then shut off. Not sure without seeing it what your wiring issue would be
