I installed my AEM Wideband several months ago, over the last few days when it is on it makes like a high frequnency sound that is super annoying. then last night I turned it on and it would work and then cut out. Any ideas what would cause this?

I am going to take it apart and check the wiring to make sure it is connected and didnt get cut or spliced accedentally.
