might sound weird but I cant find any pics of yoru guys aftercooler setup. How is it done with a roots style blower? Looking to make a custom one for my car (Corolla). Thanks

 

the core for the cooling is part of the intake manifold , it has a electric water pump , and a radiator type core for the heat exchanger

if you do a search someone long time ago posted a short vid clip that kinda showed how it works

 

its below the blower

there's also a heat exchange between the radiator and a/c condenser in the front

 

so the blower and aftercooler are one piece??

 

blower bolts on above it and passes air through it just before it goes up into the manifold then into the head

Part 502 is the intercooler/intake manifold. Thats the part you want to replicate.

 

And dont forget that diagram is a bit misleading as there are FOUR Laminova cores (part# 523)
