So now that I've had this modd a week I'm thowing cde p0171 system too lean bank 1 !!!! The MAF sensor must be the problem, but the car runs fine. I made sure it was plugged back in. This just started yesterday after I did my 1st oil change and washed the car. Anyone else have this problem??

Take a screw driver and tighten all of the clamps on your intake tube. Some people including me have had the tube slip off the throttle body just enough to bring in un-metered air which causes the leaning out.

Went over all the clamps and still the same out come. Clear the code to have it come back on sometime during the day damn it! Seems like I'm the only one with this problem.

Bring it into the dealer, there may be a loose seal on the filter.

Well today I removed the MAF sensor which is held in by 2 screws that were so loose they practiclly fell out in my hand which makes me wonder if that is where my intake leak was. I tap out the MAF and sure enough some minor dirt fell out. Cleared the code and did a lot of driving and no CEL. Hopefully this fixed the problem.

Day 2 and still no CEL! Looks like loose or dirty MAF is the problem.
