Exclamation All Lsj Owners In Here!

Hey guys. Most of you already know me and my car. I just wanted to get some imput from all of YOU about parts that you are looking for that not too many companies produce. A local R&D shop will be using my car for part of the winter fabbing up many many parts. They have access to great POLY too for all of you wanting motor mounts and control arm bushings. I am trying to put together a list of products that you owners would be looking for. Some things I have come up with so far are the following:

1: Intake (NO CEL)
2: Exhaust- Long tube, Downpipe w and w/o cat, cat-back
3: Poly Control arm bushings
4: Poly Motor mounts and Trans mounts including Top side trans mount!
5: ADJUSTABLE strut tower bar
6: 3-Way ADJUSTABLE rear sway bar
7: Steering knuckles
8: SOLID Motor/Trans mounts
9: Bolt/Weld in Cages
10: Axles (cheaper than DSS but as strong or stronger)
11: Custom ground cams

They are going to have my car from anywhere between 1-3 months making and supplying me with these parts to do what I do best and see what they can handle. Any other ideas will be highly appreciated!

I AM NOT HERE TO SELL PARTS. THESE ARE CURRENTLY R&D PARTS BEING MADE. WHEN THE TIME COMES THIS SHOP WILL BE REGISTERING ON HERE AND BEING A SUPPORTING VENDOR!

Thanks for looking!

Why would they make parts that are already out when they could design something new?

I was thinking the same, but as mentioned above, some good (cheaper than DSS) axles would nice; I would def pick some up.

I'd like to see header/downpipe combo with a high flow cat. One that isn't $700

i dont think poly controll arm bushings are going to work. energy suspention makes bushings for any vehicle out there, but if you look at their cataloge you will notice they dont make anything to replace vertical bushings (like ours) thats just cause by design they will tear apart within a few months much like i had with the jbp bushings.

what i would like to see is a set of engine mounts designed to rotate the motor forward to get the diff up. this would help with axle vibrations when the car is lowered. this would need to be a complete set of mounts, and there might be some issues with the downpipe. ive looked into doing this, i just dont have the time to take my car off the road to make custom mounts for it. i know that the motor can be rotated more than an inch without my clear image header hitting the floor. i think it would be a worthwhile thing and id deffinitly be willing to pay to get the smoothness back that i had before i lowered the car.

something else id like to see is failing the engine tip mounts is a top tranny mount, nobody has tackled that yet.

I've got another idea.....Perhaps this could actually be done....

How about an aftermarket intercooler pump. The stock one is ok, but dies out fairly easy. And I don't know how long mine will last with the added coolant with my CX H/E and then being upgraded to dual pass. So could an aftermarket intercooler pump be considered. I know a lot of guys would like to see it.

No, fail, unneeded, detrimental
4: Poly Motor mounts and Trans mounts including Top side trans mount!

5: ADJUSTABLE strut tower bar
Double Fail
6: 3-Way ADJUSTABLE rear sway bar
Decent idea, I dont see anyone spending over $1,000 on a properly built/designed product.
7: Steering knuckles
FAIL> Theres already two upgrades available, and both are cheaper than any quality replacment would be
8: SOLID Motor/Trans mounts
See #3
