I have a 06 ss/sc i jus bought it in april ive been doin alot of reading on the forums since before i had the car... but here"s the situation my brother jus bought an 04 srt4 with just an intake and its a drivers race until 120 i pull on him..... now to my knowledge im stock because i have the stock pullies stock injectors and no bolt ons at all jus an air box mod also i shift at the stock rev limiter 6500 i always thought stock for stock srt4 will pull it out need help!!!!!!

I DONT KNOW WHO THE PREVIOUS OWNER WAS BUT DO YOU GUYS THINK I HAVE A TUNE OR SOMETHING?

 

if u rev limiter is 6500 than its stock.check the pulley on the supercharger and see if it has some blue bolts or 4-5 bolts...if its stock than there should only be 1 big bolt in the middle

if thats the case,ur brother cant drive cuz a stock srt4 will beat a stock ss/sc everytime

 

my pully is stock i know that but my brother can drive he drives it perfect but the thing is im right on the side of him but i have no signs of any mods and i drive good myself but damn lol!!!!

 

What year SRT-4?

Most of the time, the skittle should pull on a stock SS/SC.

 

could be a factory freak...my friend has a 04 srt...3" downpipe back, drop in filter and agp wastegate set at 18psi....depending on what we roll from the most he's put on me was a car...otherwise he's only got a fender or tad more on me. He can drive fine....ran 14.1's very consistently stock....by the way...the only mod I have is an air box mod. But for the most part your right...srt's will usually win...but there are many members who have run very low 14's stock....so I wouldnt say the srt will everytime

my brother can drive because thats not the only srt4 i beat ive beatin 2 other ones with exhaust and intake i jus need someone who knows what there talkin about to take a look at my car but i took it to the dealer and they said it was stock too

 

If the dealer says it's stock then it obviously is. My money says your brother drives a standard Neon and your confused

a stock srt4 cant beat a 06 and up Z stock the 03 04 and 05 Zs are that fast tho but we do not race from a dig because he will beat me but from a 40 or 60 roll we're side by side

Um...I just read up...that year stock should be around 14.2 Cobalt ss/sc 14.4 (c/d says 14.6)

 

This is possible... I would beat on SRT-4's every once in a while when all I had was an airbox mod...
