Another header question

Sorry to keep bothering you guys, but theres a guy who has a SLP long tube header and downpipe and high flow cat for sale. It bolts into my stock system.

I cant find ANY info on these, and no advice.

It says it will pass emissions, then says for offroad use only?

Someone help me out.

the cat may or may not pass emissions, some high flows do some don't. some states have stricter tests and some (like KY) don't have any at all.

that's why it says that

it will pass if you have a tune and shut the code off, high flow cats will throw cat inefficency codes since they flow better, the car thinks your cat **** the bed

all aftermarket downpipes are off-road use only bc they relocate the cat and or replace the stock cat and it is illegal to do so for emissions purposes
