Another spark plug question

Would it benifit me to get a step colder plug in high heat climate and really hard driving
but still have stock boost mods are in sig(its time to change them what are the best plugs to buy performance wise because at top end the car has a tad sputter)

depends on fuel ( ethenol blends ) and how modded it is.
rough rule of thumb is for every 50 HP go one range cooler. or if you add say an intak and and exhaust, you may consdier going one range cooler...

for what you have i would only go one range cooler if you run ethenol belended fuel....

would any damage come from going one range cooler ?
what gap should they be at stock ?

no damage, per se, stock gap is 40 i believe. you may see some side effects of the heat range depending on dricing conditions fuel used etc etc, there are many variables to consider...
