yeah not by much though they were still able to hit low 13's and trap almost 104mph.

I had a 60-100 mph nutslinging match against a newer one and was pulling on him very very very slightly before i let off. Catless, intake, trifecta. Should be very close.

I raced one at the track with my balt, got raped hard. Raped off the line, I missed second and couldn't even play any catchup after that haha. Quick vehicles.

someone in the neighborhood next to mine must have recently bought one...

twice in the last month this one jeep SRT has tried to egg me on...
sounded great - and seemed beastly!

why would the newer ones be slower?
(because they have more hp!)

Did a 70-120 race with one in my SVT Focus and he only beat me by about a car- car 1/2 and my SS/SC is defiantly faster than my SVT.. But that was almost the best speed for the focus and worst for the srt. So I think if you get to or above 100 you should get him no problem.

And the newer ones are slower because they weigh like 300 pounds or something like that more.

ive ran one on the street and blew his doors off. we got off the same exit and he says " i didn't give it my all but even if i did I still don't think I would have beaten you" he went to 120 and had his 8yr old asleep in the passenger seat. but ive ran into him a couple more times and hes ready to get rid of it because 4 banngers are beating him all the time.

i had one in my shop a couple years ago, still shocked at how quick they are. those 6.1 hemis are a wicked motor, and coupled with awd it is fast, despite the weight. there is a modded one that runs at the local track, its in the 11, the guy just claims bolt on stuff.

with my mods minus an exhaust and a more aggressive tune i trapped 107 mph and i'm still on stock m62. i'm sure you are easily making more than my 280whp so you should be able to trap more than my 107 so from a roll race i'd say you without a doubt will be able to win. from a dig you guys would have to race to 200 to catch up.

You know it's a lsj thread when:

Your asking if a 4700lbs suv with a NEGATIVE power to weight ratio will beat you in a race.

Sorry, had too

well i think the JSRT-8 is a sexy beast, i am a HUGE fan of them and wouldnt mind owning one in the future, my brother friend in Vegas has one that has an intake, catback and tune and that thing rapes....

he has nitto 555r's on all 4 corners and from a dead stop it will break loose and get a little sideways and it just MOVES

for what they are, they are honestly monsters ive never personally raced one but i have seen them rape **** with minimal mods

Quick Reply: Anyone ever race a Jeep SRT-8?
