Anyone know how this would get here

Started tearing down for my turbo **** and found this in the crevices inbetween the head ports




looks like oil, def doesn't smell like oil, used or new. PCV backwash possibly? Anyone else ever see it like that haha.
not too concerned cars always run fine and dont smell like oil just looking for an explanation lol.
