Just curious. I know HPTuners ownz joo lyfe and all that good stuff. But has anyone tried an APEXi SAFC as a cheap alternative? The cars are MAF based so it should work pretty well. I'd like to give it a try on the RL.

im gonna tell you right now dont waste your money. i tried a brand new neo. dont work on our cars. the safc are for non fly by wire throttle bodies. it just aint worth it.

 

Owned myself. Totally forgot about the throttle. Thanks for the reminder.

same here i got the brand new neo ......and lucky i got to return it in time.......or else i would have lost $350.....but yea it does nt work ....on the other hand use that money to get a new clutch....jus a thought....lol

 

wow nice you lucked out i had to end up selling mine on ebay and swallowed a 50 dollar loss. oh well
