havent heard of anyone. basicly it allows you to run a larger blower pulley and then back the boost off with the bypass valve. the only reason i could see doing this is so you can get a lot of boost instantly for best low end torque, but keep boost levels lower because you dont have the right supporting mods.

with a cobalt, the right mods and tune and the motor will hold more power than the m62 can put out. really this controller isnt needed.
