Has anyone heard these mufflers, or know if they are worth it. Thought about trying it.

That seems very interesting. Never knew your exhaust had anything to do with NOS. I'm almost tempted to test this with the GMPP touring exhaust, I the aero could be my tip.

 

Don't have nos. nor do I plan on using it, but I was wondering if anyone had it or knew of anyone that did

 

oh yeah read ur post wrong. I don't see how ur Exhaust deals w/ Nos.

 

i had one on my truck. sounded sweet. i havent heard the car version but i think theres a honda civic on there site with a sound clip. there not cheap but they are nice.

 

How about Performance? Would u recommend them??

 

Mufflers really dont make a difference performance wise

If you want to gain power with your exhaust, start with 2.5-3.0" full mandrel bent exhaust, with a downpipe and header

 

I am getting 2.5 piping I just want reccomendation on Mufflers. Guy at the muffler shop reccomended these or Magnaflo

 

I had one on my Silverado SS - HOLY BATMAN IT WAS LOUD! Made fuel economy worse, made the ride give you a headache.. Peice of ****.


Put the same muffler on my Hemi Ram - it made it sound like ****!

A friend has one on his Grand AM GT - sounds like complete ass.

Stay away from it.

 

haha if you listen in the video, the guy with the big truck says he has 1 aero muffler and another muffler to quiet it down to stock level. yay listening skills

 

I kinda half-way looked at this brand... they do sponsor a couple of race teams... but apparently aren't having as much success as major brands like Magnaflow, Borla... or others.

 

Unless it says Magnaflow, Borla or another " name " on it don't buy it.

Knock off and gimmick mufflers suck ass..........

I agree....stay away...I find aero to be cheap, inferior products....not worth the money imo. I've heard an aero exhaust on a civic... loud, annoying, sounded like complete ass.

 

All not true i have this muffler on my car, i bought it through an exaust specialist who also put it on i requested 2.5 inch pipe also had a 2.5 inch down pipe with high flow cat installed it has a nice deep tone and is very smooth and not to hard on the ears all the way up to 6k actually after 4.5k all you can hear is the supercharger. i would highly recomend it through experiance dont diss a product that you havent tested and dont base what your car will sound like off of someone who said they herd it on a TRUCK? makes no sense to me
