axels

if u do trans mounts and engine mounts and race ur car at the track sould u upgrade the axels or will they hold

depends on how much power you are making, if you have problems with your stock ones, also how much money you have, and if your triple a card is good

i seen people break there stock axles with just a cold air intake added....but at the same time i seen people with tvs (290whp) and never had a issue, i had 281whp and never had a issue

It's not power that kills axles. Wheel hop does it. If you hop off the line, let off the gas IMMEDIATELY or you will kill the stockers! Ride the clutch slightly off the line for smooth, wheel hop free launches.

You didn't "seen" them, you SAW them.

ok so trans mount and motor mount from bwoody would hurt the axels

something will definitely break over time. i have heard a lot about stock ss/sc's breakin axles... look here,, www.axleshop.com they have what they call "400whp axles"

If you can afford a towing bill and a few days without your car, just wait until your stockers break. Otherwise, upgrade and sell the stock axles while they are still intact.

stage 2 axels are 790 bucks from driveshaft shop. i have them and reverse OTTP mounts(for my build now).

but u dont got "big" power so i would worry about it. when i had the same hp u did i never had an issue
