i have this header and its great...mine is bolted up to a zzp 2.5 downpipe...and its fast shipping too...i think like 4 days...

the only thing is i would use the stock studs from the stock header to bold up to the downpipe...the ones that came with it i didnt really like how they fit in...

3 inch dp is too big for a m62 on a 2.7. thats what i have and im on 2.5, 3 inch you start loosing back pressure and low end

only time id upgrade to 3 inch exhaust would be on a tvs pushing over 300whp.

awsome
only comes with bolts to bolt to the downpipe...use your stock ones...
use your stock one if it isent bad or get a new stock one...didnt like the one it came with...same thing as the header to downpipe kind...
i would use a different one...the one that came with it blew out on me...i just used the one that came with my downpipe...

and i used the copper spray...i am not nocking him or anything...just what i had/did use...

Buy Badmab. Great quality and its bolts up to a 3in zzp downpipe, and yes you should go 3in but i would personally stay catted. I dont think that the pacesetter has any real gains, or if it does, its not enough to be worth the pain of having a custom downpipe made.
