Beat the Heat

So i thinking im going to start modding my 07 SC im probably going to pick up a stage II and i have an AEM intake so my question is when is the heat going to become a problem, llike when should i be looking into cooling mods?

PS. its not like it ever gets super hot where i live but summer it can get up to about 30 some celcius (whatever that is in american temps i have no idea)

right now is the time. my cooling mod is great on stage 2 as an only cooling mod. my IAT's only went up 13* on a drag pass when i was stage 2 with my tank.

I got gm stage 2...not sure what stage 2 your getting but your temps prob would be safe up to a 2.9 pulley with the stock heat exchanger. But get more pplz opinions

if you pulley down, you need cooling mods. no questions asked

(pulley down, as in anything besides stock)

Cheap easy mod is also an extra heat exchanger. Can be done in a couple hours and not hard to install. Been working great on my OTT stage 1 kit
