Go for lightweight pulleys while your at it. Saving a few ounces on a pulley would probably be beneficial like when unsprung weight is reduced.

Nate are your pulleys lighter than most other pulleys the same size? If so I may be interested in a 2.85 for the stage 2 hub.

The stage II pulley is a little under a pound lighter than the stock pulley. Nate's 2.9" pulley is I believe 12oz. lighter than the stage II pulley at 4oz.

yeah and thats why a modular pulley from zzp cost 50 just like nates , and so does intenses wow good one dipshit

https://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt...=529&catid=142
http://intense-racing.com/
http://cobalt-addiction.com/performance.htm

and i bet it you look hard enough you can even find a pulley boys set for the same price also

and last but not least , a pulley is a piece of metal all made with the same dimensions and another logo , hence the same price

the only gm "stage" pulley you can buy are 2.8's that match onto the stage 2 hub , there not gm products and zzperformance also sells those

so thats 4 places i found to buy pulleys ALL FOR 50$ EACH , ill say it slow for you , O-W-N-E-D

^^ umm, all those pulleys cost more than $50 except for one and for that one you have to change the hub which tacks on an extra $100... oh yea, don't forget the pulley puller, another $100...

It all depends if you have stg2 or not... that's where the biggest difference is...

hey newb anytime you put on a new pulley your gonna have to change the hub , its not like they make press on pulleys that

are 3.0 inches and if they did and you bought one your not the smartest tool in the shed , o yeah dont forget the pulley puller

LMFA or you could just go to advance auto parts and rent one for free its cool though you waste your

money while i keep mine in my pocket

heres 3 different modular pullies all for under 60 bucks , like i said " THERE IS NO BANG FOR YOUR BUCK PULLEY"

Individual modular pulleys - $49.99 thats from zzperformance

Individual Pullies Your Price: $49.99 USD + $14.99 Shipping thats from cobalt addiction

Individual Pulleys for the INTENSE™ Modular Pulley System

Individual Pulleys for the INTENSE™ Modular Pulley System Quantity in Basket: none
Code: LSJ-IMP-xx0
Price:$59.99

theres intense's

thats 3 and all of them cost 50 except intense which is 60 , and if you bought there modular pulley system it woud only cost 100

Last but not least i would like some of you guys to buy nates 2.8 inch pulley and try and slap it on with no hub , your gonna feel like a ****** idiot

geez, i sense a little hostility here... but your not very good at reading thoroughly. Let's look/read the facts big shooter. I'm a "newb" to you as I've been on here longer than you - good one... oh sorry, don't have as many posts as you... I guess that makes me lower than you and the high pedestal you're apparently on huh?? So anyways - IF, you read my post, I pointed out that those pulleys yea, may be fifty bucks BUT you need their hub - the OP has STAGE 2 - hence, NO REASON to go to zzp or intense as he'll be SPENDING more $$ out his pocket as he could get Nate's pulley SHIPPED for $55. Oh, NO pulley puller needed - just a 15mm wrench and supplied Stg2 bolt wrench.

Oh look, my original comment - "It all depends if you have stg2 or not... that's where the biggest difference is..." - and you can even find that quote on your own comment... so keep it up and call everyone names - we obviously don't know as much as you...

I believe that my pulleys are the lightest on the market. A 2.8" pulley for the Stage 2 hub I shipped today came in at 3.3 oz including the bubble mailer it was packaged in. This is from the weight indicated by the post office receipt I have.

Nate
How long will your pulleys last compared to the others? Are they made of better quality?

What puller is everyone using to get off their stock pully and put on their new hubs?? and where did you get it?? also, would it be ok to run 2.6 and 60lbers for a while with out a h/e. does it actually increase hp or just cool off the temps. i dont know whether to start my project until i get the h/e (its on backorder) or just wait so it doesn't mess up the tune. but idk so some input would be great. thanks
