Boost issue!!!! Cannot determine problem!!!

Ok. So i have an 06 sc with zzp cai, 3.1 and 42s. I recently got tuned and have had nothing but issues but i don't know if a retune will fix my problem. My boost goes from about 20 psi on the first pull to 15 the second. i also have a significant drop in hp and the first pull whp is somewhere around 180 if that. Intercooler pump is checked and working great. I'm worried I may have a clogged cat. I live in PA so im not sure i wanna go catless because I dont have many friends that are mechanics and don;t know if they would risk it just to pass me. I dont want to drop money on new headers, dp, and exhaust if this issue is just gonna persist. please help me so i can stop the embarrassing dyno days!!!!!!

Thanks for your input everyone!

I think you have a posting in the wrong section problem you should try posting in the correct section such as the problems and service section

could be a clogged cat then the pcm sees an over boost and cuts or it it and we only have 1 header not 2 headers

still belongs here Problems/Service/Maintenance - Cobalt SS Network

get a piece of straight pipe to replace the cat or take off the down pipe and hammer a metal rod through the cat to break it up and it will come out in small pieces
