Bought New Spark Plugs. Need Some HELP

Okay so I got my NGK BKR7e spark plugs in to replace my old stock ones. Few questions:
1. What is the gap supposed to be?
2. Has anyone had any issues with these spark plugs? feedback would be great

Thanks everyone. :cssNET:

.035 is good.

That is standard one step colder copper plug it does the job very well.

Depending on your mods you may have to close them more maybe to .032.

That worked well for me on the tvs

if you have any issues blowing spark out just take it step by step lower til you get the gap that works right, for like me i and my fully built motor with higher compression, i had to gap mine at .28 to stop from blowing the spark out, thats the gap that worked best for me. every car is different

i didnt with hpt, i was driving the car and was having issues back some time ago when i first got her back on the street, she was slugish in in the high end and would spuder some time. i tuned her more it got better, and it wasnt all gone, i changed the plugs out, and started gaping them .32 .31 .30 .29 .28 .27 .26.......and .28 worked the best for me, it was trial and error

hatrickstu 10-18-2009 02:53 PM

i was blowing out spark at .035 on the 2.7, meth, cold air. gapped down to .032, but i dont know how it runs yet because i broke the trans
