BOV on the M62

Please tell me it isnt possible. My ******* friend wont shut up about it and keeps insisting that I can do it. Please shed some light on this subject!

Doesn't mess up much, like a BOV on any newer car it creates a post-maf air leak when open. The problem is that the blower is after the TB, so when it closes all the pressure goes away almost instantly. You have to basically give it a check valve and a resivior to make it work. In theory, it's pointless because it has no positive function. If you wanted to do it strictly for the noise, yes, it is possible, and has been done before.

Get the ZZP Twincharge Kit so you actually have a purpose for a BOV or don't do it at all. I remember the old days when Lsj's were new and this question was asked 3 times an hour...

First get this Turbo Whistler - Make your Car Sound Turbo Charged then crazy glue a BOV to the m62 and you should be fine! lol,
