I've heard from a few people that they've had bad experiences even getting it shipped, long waits, mis information to the consumer etc...

well... it usually helps to check if someone has a part in stock at the time... sometimes its a manufacturer back order that they have no control over and are sometimes also left outta the loop... I.E. .. aeroforce guage was on a 21 day backorder... or any cf product is on a few months backorder.... e-mailing someone also can get you some info here and there... I have no problem checking up on stuff for people.... like the H/E... it should be out on its way... they had a manufacturer problem and had to wait and extra 2 weeks I think it was for the rest to come in...

I would recommend searching eBay and buying the heat exchanger off of their and then do the rest yourself. There is a guy on eBay selling the same H/E that CA uses.
