Camshaft Position Sensor Location

It has now been 2 hours of searching through multiple Ecotec related forums and Google, and now one ever has taken pictures, or made an howto guide to replacing the CPS on a Cobalt/ION/Whatever has a L61/LSJ motor on it.

Could anyone just point me where it is? A post on this forum tells it is near the starter but I don't even know where the starter is. Or else, I just need to know where the wire go too, I want to test if the pulse it outputs is correct.

As I've seen there; https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/problems-service-maintenance-69/crankshaft-position-sensor-car-died-no-start-54807/ , it seems to be usual, how come no one ever changed it yet?

the link is for CRANKshaft...not CAMshaft like you said in your title... the camshaft pos. sensor is located on side of cyl head near the thermostat housing.... not 100% but pretty sure....
