can i safely drive my car to get a dynotune if I install my injectors, ls3 TB, pulley the night before hand. The place is about 5 miles away. I wont go past 1/4 throttle. If something happens will my car just shut off?

 

As long as you dont enter boost, and keep it at 1/4 throttle you should be fine.

 

Can i drive it with the throttle body also? I heard it wont start with it though. Im just trying to save a few bucks.

 

It will. It might be a little rough though on the idle.

the TB is very easy to do. you can even do that the place.

 

True. They charge like 85 a hour. plus 500 for the dyno tune. And I cant take off 2 days to drive out to Dayton Ohio to get a street tune. Im thinking I'll be at 260whp with my 2.8 pulley. Sound about right?
