FML.... Car is dead again. Not getting fuel. Blew two injector fuses. Idles like it's blown the plug again. BUT, there is no issue with the plugs (this time...) Seriously, WTF? I was supposed to be on my way to drop the car off for my new clutch. Now it's sitting back at my place w/ a $70 tow bill for a 3mile tow....

ARGH! FML!!!

Is it possible you got a corn kernel lodged in teh fuel filter? lol

Seriously tho...ur at almost 70k now I would assume, have you checked the filter? Or the pump for that matter?

im assuming you have checked all the fuses? Is the fuel pump priming? Have you tried forcing the fuel pump on with hptuners?

Awww, my first youtube video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgqERPyv-2o

The car was tuned roughly +/- 5% LTFT. Still working on the full tune, but good enough to cause local V8's some trouble. No Knock. E85. 20*, being conservative as I recently had a plug jump out of the head. This is the EXACT sound it made when the spark plug was stripped and thrown out. But all are seated. No oil anywhere it shouldn't be. LTFT are +32.8 and STFT are +22. So, it has to be a leak, somewhere, right? Now that I have the battery and fuel checked out. The harness is in good shape, no stripped wires and all are intact. Like I said, I also re-routed it all for no possible strain to the harness.

Is the 02 sensor switching?...

Is it missing on a specific cylinder?

Non-specific misfire. O2 sensor is functioning appropriately.

I would pull the maf and clean it and or swap it with another car. Are you running a maf only tune or a ve tune or a blend? If it's sounding like that at idle when you were dialed in on your maf, and then suddenly its that bad, it very well could be a bad maf.

have you changed the filter since the switch to corn? that could be an issue, and have you checked for stuck injectors or a bad injector connector..im going to guess you have checked any splices in any wires for teh injectors...or do you have a pnp harnes?? and dont forget to pull your fuel rail off and back flush nd make sure theres no extra kernels in there lol but srsly

and as messy as it is to do...pull the rail off the mani w injectors, point them away from yourself and have someone crank the car over to make sure they are all working and spraying rather than dripping..

if you have access to an ir thermometer...you can start the car and point it at each head pipe and see which one is running lean(it would be hotter tempwise, unless its lean enough to be actually missing, then it would be cold)

Yep, aka Injector Bucket. The o-ring is melted/pinched/kinked and the bucket is cracked.

I'm pushing too much powah! lol
