Car goes rich under slight load

So ive noticed this for a while now, but my car goes rich if im climbing a hill or accelerating in the sanme gear for a while. It will go down to around 13.6-13.8:1 AFR and if I let off the gas and get back on it its fine for about 5 seconds or so. Ive hear that it can be addressed by plugging the downstream O2 sensor back in and just tying it up to something (not plugged in since my wideband is in the downstrem bung), so I did that but it didnt help. Any insight would be greatly appreciated

It could be a few different things. One being the o2 sensor check test, the other could be that the car is starting to go into PE mode depending on what you have it set at under the tps settings.

I thought about going into PE but its set to 100kpa and i dont think I'm near that when it happens. And I can let off and get back in the gas and it acts normal for a few seconds.

do what they say. Not sure if that was how the guy that tuned me fixed it but i had that same problem. Everytime i went up a hill it would go rich or if i used maybe 40-50% throttle. Its something with the tune. If you cant get it fixed pm an0malous and ask him what he did to fix that issue. I had that issue when i lived on the east coast...guy that tuned my car didnt know anything about cobalts but knew alot about tuning. After he tuned me i told him the problem. He said it was the spark plugs, i changed them...nothing. He then said its a piston, get a compression test....nothing....he then said it was the coils, changed them around....nothing. Pretty much 4 months of trying to find out the issue...nothing. Moved here to edmonton got an0malous to tune me for a tvs and it still had the problem...so he looked through the tables...found it, changed it and it was gone. Although i had it abit more serious then you. At 3500rpm my rpms would jump violently.

But just talk to him about what he did to fix it if you cant figure it out.

The TPS enable is at 60-70% depending on rpm

100kpa = 0psi boost when you subtract out ambient.. You probably are getting into PE...

I agree, this is more than likely the problem. I would set PE kpa to 115 or 120. I have mine set to 120 kpa.
