car has no top end power

So I can put the car in first and roast the tires, but I'm going to assume thats because of how short first is. Now, second usually slams me back in my seat (mods: injen intake w/ specter filter, CA header, cat back exhaust, 2.85" pulley, 60#s, OTTP Stage 2 tune, OTTP H/E). Lately it seems to not have any power. Cars I'd be able to walk all over beat me no problem. I raced a scion tc and barely won. Clearly something is wrong.

Last night I had a code for MAF performance issue or something, wish I could remember the code. I cleared it and continued driving. My thoughts right now are on a possibly clogged cat or bad maf. Anyone got any ideas?

I don't have an interceptor but on my ET97 scanner I'm seeing LTFTs of -17% (however short term is always close to zero). Once in a while I'll get a P0172 code (system too rich). I know ottps tune is rich but that seems abnormally high. Perhaps its running super rich and destroying the cat?

doesnt seem like an issue with fuel trims

otherwise you'd throw the front o2 sensor code as well

Have you tried cleaning the maf or better yet, replacing it?

If you maf is bad it's going to cause the car to run super rich... or in your case 17% too rich...

Get your maf looked at or just clean it.

check vac lines for leaks, check bypass valve make sure its not cracked, check cat to make sure its not clogged, and clean you maf it never hurts to clean it with maf spray, if it were and injector it make a noice or you have a sputter when you speed up, also check to make sure you ic pump has not taken a crap and your intake temps arnt to high would casue big lose in power, but im going to say its the maf cat or bypass valve casue your running rich.
