Car runs very bad at 190 degrees?????

Hey guys, got a strange issue popped up now that outside temps are warming up. Car runs great until full temp (180) then sitting in traffic it will go to 190 and then i try to go and it wont, wants to die and usually throws a P0507. Its almost clock work when it hits those temps. Mods, S3 HE, 50lb, 2.8, 3" catted DP, Aero scanguage, wideband, Dual pass Endplate, ZZP Can tune. It seems like limp mode, could this be due to hi temp?

Is this your IAT2 or your coolant temp? My coolant is almost always 192 as I drive with this displaying all the time, I'm pretty sure most people with cobalts are around 180-190 all the time. Dunno anything about the code though, I'm a n00b.

Stock tune expect to see about 185 driving around. Sitting in traffic it will jump up till fans kick in but that is well above 190. If your IAT2 is 190 that is not good at all..

Just saw you have the aero, what is your IAT2/RPMS reading?

any ideas why it would barely run at certain temps, or what causes the P0507 code?

I always just used to spray the plates inside the TB with carb cleaner

But this time I used a rag and cleaned them up. Right after I get high idles n when it sits and raises to that temp it runs like crap. Sounds like it wants to die and goes extremly lean.
I guess your NEVER suppose to touch the plates inside the tb. Gets out of whack real easy
