catless

Just wondering if anyone in Ohio is running there cobalt without a cat, and if they had any problems passing emissions.

^^^ correct. Not sure why this question was even asked. If you mean for if you were to move outside of Ohio, no, you will not pass emissions tests without a cat. But otherwise, the state of Ohio doesn't give a damn about the emissions from your car.

You could be running open headers in Ohio and not have a problem.

i run catless on my car. ohio law iirc doesnt reqire you to have a cat but some countys do check and will fail your echeck. my county being one of them. lucky for me our family recently purchased a sizable piece of property in southern ohio and they do not require an echeck.

best bet is to find someone who lives in a county that doesnt need a echeck and will let you register your car to their house.

How do you plan on passing the visual inspection without a cat? I ve never seen them not look on a car. Is this your first e check or something? Im bet we go to the same place on Canal judging from your location. Your going to need a cat unless you register it somewhere else.

it should if the down pipe bolts to your stock cat back and vibrant says that it will bolt to the stock downpipe....zzp's headers and dp are the same size as stock...so any catback that says it will bolt up to a stock system should bolt up to your zzp combo.
