a) Make sure you didn't mess up your MAF when you reinstalled it. I just installed an SRI last week with zero problems. That said, I think I've heard of AEM intakes causing CEL's on this board. Search for it.

b) Supposivley is not a word

GM doesn't make a "performance airbox" for the LSJ. There's a do it yourself airbox mod, but it's nothing that GM did or condones. If your MAF is that picky, you're going to throw a code with the Injen as well.

You need to get the actual code, not just go by someone else's word.

i have the aem and when i put the intake on the car it threw a code. i have a code reader so i just hooked that **** up, saw it was a lean code (which is from the intake) and deleted it. it never came back.

Tune it with HPT and you wont have that problem, the fact you get that code means that you have sufficiently changed the airflow enough that the computer thinks theres a problem, this is what every properly designed intake will do

some cars can adapt to it so it wont through a codebut if it does all u have to do is erase the code. ha simpe as that. find a buddy with a code reader. scan the code and erase it.
