close call...

driving along the other day 5th gear no boost. engine light flashes engine is loud and obviously missing its ass off. pull over scan gauge shows a p0300 and my usual p0128 lol. get out oil on the front of the block by the alternator not a lot at all but theres some there. tow it to the shop and find cylinder number 3 plug blew out taking all the threads with it yay... o big kicker is the tip of the plug is gone as in the L part that jumps the spark. so i helicoil the plug hole. put plug in and bamm still missing its ass off. i put all plugs in coils and have spark on all so i check comp. 180 across the board so i check the injectors all spraying so i give up for the day. return to the car next morning and look at the coils cylinder 3 spring was smashed into the coil but when i put the plug in i was pushing it in just far enough for spark but when in block no spark. put new coils in and she purs like a kitten after a rough idle at first. been going for two days now knock on wood. i think the oil came from dipstick but idk its not leaking anymore so idk.. thats my story with 82k

no problems sorry lol... i was just thinking it was funny cause blowing out the threads to a spark plug are directly related to someone not screwing in a spark plug properly.

expensive mistake
