so I started working on this today





its a 3" offroad down pipe I am making.

 

Sweet dude... lets us know how it goes... I had an offroad pipe on my SVT Focus and it net'd like 10whp.... REALLY helped the top end....

 

welds suck but here it is

 

just took it for a spin, hard to tell if it got any faster. It sounds like **** though. I will see how it sounds after I get the rest of the exhaust on but right now I don't think I am going to stick with it.

 

do you have an aftermarket exhaust or stock?


that cat might be enough to kill the drone and rasp if you don't have a resonator, i'm intereste din this info cause there's a project being worked on that might have to be cut if there's alot of rasp/droning with a resonator and with a test pipe (catless downpipe) if there's no resonator, that might be something to look into

 

right now its all stock exhaust and just the catless downpipe I made. So it still has the stock resonator on it.

 

well damn that sucks... i doubt a test pipe will be made now that has been discovered

 

What about your post cat O2 sensor? Its going to set a code with no cat. O2 simulator??
