Notice some come with the modified intercoller plate. Pretty esy to modify yourself though but you do need to weld.

won work that way for two reasons
1) it's not a GM part so they're not going to cover it
2) the dealer reflash is obtained for your VIN so they cant just reflash your car unless you buy the kit

But would you have to go to new york and have it tuned? Or can you find someone around your place to do it for you? That just sounds iffy

I don't know if anyone mentioned this yet, didn't read all the posts, but why the 2.7 with 42s? The 42s are at a high enough of a duty cycle alone with a 2.8" pulley...2.7 would be putting the injectors around a 90% duty cycle or so...I think it should come with 60s instead...those 42s would be open pretty much the whole time...

In addition to what I just posted...on their site for just injectors it even recommends 2.7 and smaller to buy the 60s...so why not set the kits up that way?

probably a typo... but with our testin on my car and 2 others... we maxed at 54% with a 2.6 pulley, intake and 42.5 inj... 60 lber are only at 34% with intake , header, exhaust, meth, and 2.6... have to do a run when I get my car back with the 2.55 pulley... I should have some log runs I can post up tonight when I get home...

What kind of tuning are you doing then? Everyone else I know is able to get their injectors around 85%+ with a 2.8" pulley...I think with 60s and a 2.5" Dan is running high duty cycle...
