eh, I paid 100 bucks for my h/e and then I paid about 40 or 50 dollars to make my own brackets and buy the heater hose and clamps and stuff and also the coolant.

This new ebay h/e is just sexy looking and it's BRAND NEW. I already sold my cobra anyway. This one will look GREAT! Way better than the black front mount.

I might be able to make a trip down there if you need help this week. As long as you go to the track sunday. It's only a 2hr drive.

Either that, or I am getting Area to help me with it to.... He's only like 5 minutes away! But you can come down! Area and I are both off weekends!

I'm on leave this week. I may just come down saturday. You got an extra room? or a couch? lol. I have to check with the wife first too. She may not be a fan of me pulling an overnighter and then not be back until night time sunday. lol.

on the subject of the ebay H/E, which model is better? The one with or without the cap on top? Would the cap make it easier to bleed?

the cap would probably make it easier to bleed. But that model you are talking about has the nipples on both sides instead of one side. I routed my hoses to one side so the model I bought works great for me.

also noticed the one with the cap doesn't have brackets on it...might go with the capless one. Time to list my cobra h/e on ebay!

well, it has brackets, but not predrilled. It really is your preference. I really like the way the ebay ones look, so I picked the capless one up since it looks VERY easy to install and it looks GREAT!

Try Ebay I know there are some on there, or log on to an SVT or Mustang forum and check in there!

300 for a Cobra H/E I saw them for $80 at one point! Try the SVTforums or a mustang forum! There's bound to be someone on there selling one!

that's wierd, when i linked it yesterday, it was a heat exchanger, not an air to air intercooler. Wierd computer things. I'll relink it.

oddly enough, they don't have anymore of the style i got for sale anymore. But they do have the other style for the same price.
