Everyone on this site is saying how it is god to run a cobra heat exchanger when running smaller pulleys. I was looking at ones that are for sale and they look just like and intercooler. Is heat exchanger just a different term for intercooler? And if so is it just the intercoller from the cobra mustangs? I always though cobra was the brand or some **** lol. Sorry for the noob question

Yes, it is off of the cobra mustang and/or ford lightning.

 

It's bascially a radiator. But yes, a cobra h/e is just the stock h/e from a cobra mustang.

 

thing why you have to use a cobra is because it has the 3/4 out/in-lets...
