coca-cola in gas tank

i have a 06 ss/sc someone put coke in my gas tank.

I was driving and the car just shut down on me i had it towed home to find a puddle in my fuel door which was coke i then took some fuel from my fuel rail and there was coke in there too . i ordered new injectors pump and lines. does any one think im going to need a whole new motor?!?!

They couldn't have put that much in there. I would have just drained the tank, and refilled it completely. It should be fine.

I think you spent A LOT of $ for nothing.

just drain the whole fuel system, install new parts and see how it works. i would suggest a new pump/fuel filter if it still doesn't work, pretty sure the fuel filter is in the gas tank in your car.. hopefully they didn't pour much in there.

i ordered a new fuel system. pump,filter lines from ottp. the return style fuel system.
i was also geting ready to put a trubo in on top of the s/c i have the trubo and all the stuff already but dont want to start putting all this new stuff in if im going to run into problems

step 1. drain and refill see if it runs normal
step 2. don't install turbo with s/c
step 3. don't go to smg

Inconsiderate people out there. I think you should be fine. You didn't necessarily have to order the new parts. I would have flushed the fuel system first, then went from there. But now you have new parts, I think you should be fine with the turbo addition as long as the coke didn't mess up any engine components...

haha well coke does clean chrome. maybe it cleaned your injectors ha. if i were you id literally just drain the gas tank and fill it back up then get some injector cleaner.

ha wtf kind of lock picking was that?! when i think of lockpicking i picture a guy with 2 paper clips with his tounge out to 1 side of his mouth not a guy with a key pretty much just shaking the lock with the key in it until it comes loose.

I would honestly drain it, change the filer and try it. throw some octane booster in there or some lucas when you first start it (obv. mix it with gas). and when you start it i would bring it up to about 2K dont just let it idle
