Complete Stage 3 or 2.79" and all supporting mods?
Complete Stage 3 or 2.79" and all supporting mods?
Greetings!
It is me again. I have just recently come across a problem with my modding path. I am currently installing my meth kit for my 2.79" pulley and front mount cobra heat exchanger and soon getting the dual pass. I haven't started my exhaust work just yet and saw one of the members on here post that he ran a 12 second flat quarter mile time on a COMPLETELY stock ss/sc. My question to all of you is, "Should I give up my quest with meth and the 2.79 pulley, get a headgasket, studs, forged pistons, and stage 3?" Of course, the clutch upgrade, axles, slicks, and exhaust will be factored into both ideas. In about another 6 months I was going to port and polish my blower, install better bearings and run a 2.5" pulley with 10.1 compression ratio pistons and a bigger shot of meth....tuned of course........ but I always find myself saving and saving and not having as much fun in college like everyone else.....what would you guys do? Thank you for your time and much valued oppinions.
come on? for a fellow hard working college student.....
still nobody????? come on people, just your opinion....no really hard thinking here.

what year r u in college? Ill be a freshman this year and im tryin to only do small thing to my car atleast until christmass. It also helps that i won't have my car so id rather save the money for fun instead of spending it on something i won't drive for a while.

OK, I understand now. I know who you are talking about to because I have been talking to him about his Stage 3. Is it FNFAST??? I am looking into getting Stage 3 so I had some questions for him, and he does not just have Stage 3. This is his mod list:

I do not believe so, not officially at least. In one of the other posts another member requested that he post the slip. Don't remember which one it was....will look for it though.
