Exclamation cooling fan on auto pilot??

About 8 weeks ago, my cooling fans started coming on when I shut down the engine (CA Stage 4, ZZP header/DP, Dual pass, HE). I noticed that when I pulled (slightly) the fuse box toward the coolant reservoir that they stopped. So, I took it to the stealership were they told me a bunch of things melted. They replaced some parts (i think in the bottom of the fuse box) but never could explain why and what happened. Well, 8 weeks later the same things is happening. Does anyone have any idea on what's happening.

wires somehow damaged or melted together it is normal for the Low Speed Fans as programmed at the factory, to come on after the vehicle is shut off, if the ECT at Key-Off is greater than 140*C. / 284*F. and system voltage is more than 12 volts, and stay on for approximately 3 minutes.

if the engine temps are more than 284*f you've got problems. my tune causes the high/lows to kick on for a few seconds after key is turned off.

my temps are nearly that high. I think something has to be melted. In the mean time, I have the fuse box zip tied to the hood support piston mounting post. I am not looking forward to taking it in to the stealership since its out of warranty.
