Could I get some help with a Engine power reduced problem?

Hey guys I'm having a bit of problem on my balt. Yesterday I was driving and it went into "Engine power reduced" mode and the car started running horrible. I tried just unplugging the battery for about 45 minutes but that didn't do anything. So I went and bought a obd2 scanner from Autozone and scanned the car. It gave 2 codes which were P2176 and P2176pd. So I then cleared those codes with the scanner and the car ran great

Took the car out for a spin to make sure it was good and it ran great for a while. But then it went back into engine power reduced mode and started limping again. Scanned the car again and got 6 codes this time. P2176, P2176pd, P2101, P2101pd, P1516, P1516pd. So I tried clearing them multiple times but whenever I would start the car up again 2 to 6 of the codes would still be there and it would still be engine power reduced mode

Anyone know what could be causing this? I did some research it seemed like maybe its the ecu or the throttle body. But I'm wondering if there could be something else?I was thinking maybe something was wrong with the IC pump because the supercharger felt hotter to the touch than usual.

****UPDATE**** 7/9/09
Ok so i took off the throttle body and cleaned it up a bit. blugged everything back in like it should be and now i'm no longer throwing the above codes but i have a whole nother list.

P0122 throttle position (TP) sensor 1 circuit low voltage-pcm (pending)
p0223 throttle position (TP) sensor 2 circuit high voltage-pcm (Pending)
P0033 supercharger bypass valve solenoid control circuit-pcm
P0118 engine coolant temp (ECT) sensor circuit high voltage-pcm
P0335 crankshaft position (CKP) sensor circuit -pcm (pending)
P1183 supercharger inlet pressure sensor circuit low voltage (pending)

SO now my fan is kickin on for no reason. My car sat over night and it's cold.
It just keeps cranking no ignition. so now I'm thinkin it's the pcm. any suggestions.??

check your electrical plug on the tb. This happened to me before and the plug wasnt clicked in far enough.

This may sound stupid but take your intake off and make sure the plate in the t/b in opening and closing all the way.

If you clear the codes turn the car off and on again, does it go back to reduced power? If so you have a bad connection somewhere or a bad tac module would throw the tb codes.

this sounds dumb but do u have a sound system??? i threw multiple codes...only when i had the system jamming..besides that it has something to do with the pcm..obviously ...but i would check for the connectors to the pcm and make sure there is no corrosion on the pins and terminals.. the reason it probably wont crank over is because of the crank sensor and engine coolant temp

tac is throttle actuator control it controls the throttle body. if it's going right back into reduced power something came unpluged or you got a bad ground somewhere are you still getting the same codes as before?

My balt did the same thing back in the day...took it to the dealership and they said it was just a bad sensor but didn't tell me which one it was...the sensor was about 150 brand new...the car was great after that

Mine's 02 sensor related from when I ran a header/dp combo. HPT woulda fixed it. But I'm back to stock header/dp now, so it just needs a dealer reflash.. Hopefully..

I have the exact same codes and symptoms. Did you ever figure out what it was?

By same symptoms, I mean the second list of codes (the 6) and the fan turning on randomly.
