i just install a throttle body spacer this weekend, i been driven around and i hear a suction/ whistler when acceleration is this normal? and if it not normal how to i fix i check the bolt, and sprayed brake cleaner and didnt see any bubbles. and my boost gauge reading -17.6/-17.1 at idea. idk what it sopost to be at idea tho

Well it depends on the throttle body spacer. Most that i have seen (mostly for bigger engines) have a almost thread looking groove in them. Well with this during acceleration it will make a high pitched whistling sound. The reason for this is it causes the air to become cyclone like and allows for faster air intake... Let me know if this helps...

i had one on my mustang it had the grove ur talking about and it whistled like ur saying. but the only on my car does ave the groves it smooth it for meth injection. people told me it not sopost to happen like that tho, idk if it a gasket or it sopost to make that noise. but my car it it -18.9 when idealing idk it that right.
